Jeff Fritzen

Jeff joined bopi as a sales representative in 1977 and has managed a variety of accounts from advertising agencies to manufacturers to major insurance and financial entities. Still active in sales as well as part of bopi's management team, he serves as Executive Vice-President and a member of the Board of Directors. His expertise in the print industry has earned him the NAPL Graphic Arts Marketing Executive Certification. When not focused on bopi, he has taken his passion global on several occasions to work with a sports ministry in Medellin, Colombia, South America. Locally, he was recently elected to his seventh term as a councilman for the Town of Normal in 2011 and he serves as a public address announcer for the Illinois High School Association state championships in football and girls basketball, as a recipient of the IHSA's Distinguished Service Award. His alma mater, Illinois State University, has honored him with its Alumni Service Award as well as the Stretch Miller Award for service to athletics.

Paul Macfarlane

As our sales team leader, mentor and coach and having been ingrained in the communications arena for many years, Paul has a broad experience base from which to pull from. Barbara Pape

Ms. Pape has recently relocated back to the US mainland after spending three years in Barbados working for a similar Printing and Marketing Effectiveness company ("yes, we all asked why as well"). Previous to her international adventure, Barb was a former bopi client as a partner/owner of her own ad agency. Strong on strategy and creative, she brings a wealth of experience in creating and managing marketing and communications campaigns from initial concept to final measurement.
